Programs

We R.U.L.E is a 20-week mental health curriculum for 7th through 12th grade young women how to Respect, Unify, Love, Empower themselves and each other through artistic expression.

WE R.U.L.E provides a curriculum which strives to improve life skill development by providing support to young women with the goal to:

  • Nurture mental health and emotional well-being 

​

  • Improve interpersonal relationship building

​

  • Enhance conflict resolution skills

​

  • Inspire and cultivate self-awareness, self-esteem and confidence

COMMUNITY OUTREACH

Our community outreach program is aimed at bringing awareness, education and prevention to sexual violence against young women.

 

Our community outreach will host powerful events within the metropolitan area focused on connecting adults, caregivers, parents, mentors, community leaders and law enforcement with the goal to educate, provide resources and build cross agency collaboration to protect and empower young women.

According to the Association of American Universities (2020) 

-1 in 4 undergraduate women experience sexual assault or misconduct while in college.

​

-More than 50% of survivors never report the assault.

​

- Most incidents occur during a woman’s freshman or sophomore year, often within the first few months on campus.

​

​-Survivors are at increased risk of depression, PTSD, anxiety, STD’s and other long-term consequences
